Foot Reflexology Certification: Certified 5-Month Program in Chicago
We offer a well-detailed course covering the basics to advanced reflexology skills to secure your professional journey. The course is offered twice a year, with the first program from January to May and a second option July to November.
After you successfully complete our Reflexology course, you will be ready to take the ARCB (American Reflexology Certification Board) national exam to acquire a national certificate on top of your state certification.

Requirements
Students need to fulfill these requirements to earn their certification:
- Students should have an active record of class participation.
- Students must have 80% attendance. If any class is missed, students must inform and schedule a make-up session, paying $60 per hour.
- Securing 80% & above in quizzes throughout the course. If students score less, they can retake the quiz.
- The score should be 80% or above to pass the final and practical exams, and participation should be in person.
- Students will need to submit their assignments by the deadlines.
- The student will give 100 one-hour documented sessions to be completed no later than six months after the final exam.
- During the 5 months of the course, the student will conduct hands-on sessions under the instructor, which will be graded accordingly.

- Relaxation techniques
- Reflexology history and theory
- Location of reflexology points for all organs, glands, and systems
- Anatomy and physiology
- Protocols for specific diseases and conditions
- Pathology and contraindications

- Proper documentation of a session
- Business management, marketing and practice
Textbook required:
“Practical Reflexology Interpretations and Techniques” by Susan Watson (purchased online by student in advance of first day of class) You will also receive a complete Program Manual on the first day of in person classes at no charge.Bring to all classes:

- Zero-gravity chair Timber Ridge (contact instructor for recommendation prior to purchase). Your chair and towel are required starting the 2nd in-person class day.
- Your program manual and textbook.
Grounds For Dismissal:
- Physical abuse or harassment of any kind
- Smoking on the premises
- Consumption of drugs or alcohol
- Vandalism
The following items will not be permitted in the classes:
- Sound and recording devices of any kind
- Mobile phones must be turned off and put away
Registration Process
Here is the hassle-free registration process that you should follow to enroll in the reflexology certification in Chicago:
Deposit Fee $400 non-refundable.
Then you have the option to pay the balance due in 2 ways:
- A single up-front in-full payment of $3,600, which saves you $400.
- 5 monthly payments of $800 (total $4000).
Note: All fees are non-refundable. Payment is acceptable in cash, check, money order, or credit card.
*Enrollment must be done no later than 10 days prior to the start date of the course. *Students must be 18 years old and above and have a high school diploma or GED.
*Graduates can audit any class in a future session.

Our in-person classes are held at the Cancer Survivorship Center, Lutheran General Hospital, located at 1999 West Dempster Street, Park Ridge, Illinois 60068, United States.
What are the usual schedules you follow for classes?
We have a schedule of online classes that are held via Zoom on Thursday evenings, usually 3 times per month. In-person classes are held on Saturday or Sunday, usually 3 times per month in the Chicago area.
What are the core concepts that students get to learn with Reflexology certification?
Our program will provide you with an in-depth understanding of Reflexology techniques, history and theory, reflexology points for all organs, glands, and systems, anatomy and physiology, pathology, documentation, business management, and marketing.
Do you recommend any specific textbooks and guide manuals for your Reflexology program?
Yes, we will be using Susan Watson’s book Practical Reflexology Interpretations and Techniques, which should be purchased online by the first day of class. We will also provide you with a complete program manual that supplements the textbook.
What is the cancellation policy for your Reflexology program?
The enrollment agreement can be canceled within 5 working days, and whatever tuition was paid will be refunded after the $400 application fee is deducted. In case of illness, our school will provide a transfer for you to resume the course in the next tenure.
